Unless we understood clearly what is there in the data centers, it would be difficult to construct a model that would help IT migrate from current siloed infrastructure to cloud-aware, shared computing model. This map is a result of my attempt to decode the data center complexity. This map is based on numerous deep-dives of the data center architecture and my own hands-on experience.
